Um, where are my shoes?

there is no word to describe them.

Yesterday I was informed they had a piano recital
in a few hours. Dinner was in the oven and the kids
were messing around.
I had to round the kids up, force(yes force) them to
change into NICER clothes. I took the food out of the
oven so we could eat it after the concert. Shoes and socks on,
coats on, out the door.
Wait, where are my shoes? No one seems to know where
Kayla's shoes are. But they all are laughing.
Scouts honor they didn't hide them.

of shoes she brought.
after several minutes of panic
I find my shoes under a bed.
Good one kids,
get to the recital just barely in time.
that was a close one, kids could have been
beaten. haha

today is another crazy day.
6:00am wake up
(forget the 5:30 shower)
wake kids up

jump on beds to wake
still sleeping kids

call to breakfast

freak when kids still in pj's

no breakfast until ready

Yesterday after school I did a scavenger hunt
for the kids.
the clues led them upstairs and downstairs
and in the garage and everywhere around the house.
they finally finished in their bedrooms and looked under their pillows
they found some cute surprises from me!
